It will happen to you—there will be a moment when you can't stop thinking about creating something. A blog, a video, or a short piece that comes from your ideas.

However, even if your head feels like a Formula One car all the time, with hundreds of ideas firing at a thousand kilometers per hour, they rarely see the light of day... and that's normal.

Because making an idea come to life is complicated, not only because of the process of materializing it. Considering the classic path of think, plan, and execute, there's something that will always stop you: perfectionism.

Wanting something to be complete and just right is unrealistic, because no matter what you do it will only be finished when you decide it is.

A book, a note, a snippet of code, a meal, enjoying an experience—it ends when you decide that enough is enough, that a purpose has been fulfilled.

So creating isn't about making something perfect, but about bringing to life something that helps satisfy a specific purpose. The initial format doesn't matter, the execution doesn't matter—the only thing that matters is that what you imagine exists.

And I know, showing something you consider incomplete to the world can be terrifying, but the truth is it would be more terrifying not to create it. Your fear of failing can deprive someone of something truly valuable that only you could have imagined—something you've already lived.

"Going from thinking to creating is crossing an abyss with a leap of faith"

And sharing something you've created with the world is one of the noblest acts you can do for yourself and others.

It means putting yourself out there, assuming that what you do won't please everyone, and understanding that that's okay. But doing it will always be rewarding—it will bring you rewards in the form of incredible people, unexpected successes and opportunities you thought were unlikely.
